Aseptic facilities require regular bio-decontamination following a facility shut down and prior to a change of process or as part of a routine process to maintain the aseptic classification of the environment. Bioquell are able to provide a variety of solutions to meet this challenge.

Bioquell bio-decontamination systems can be selected and configured to deliver the hydrogen peroxide vapour (HPV) bio-decontamination process in a method which is appropriate to the type of facility and process.
Fully mobile decontamination systems allow flexibility in operation and simple deployment. Fixed or semi-fixed systems can be integrated into a facility infrastructure which allow convenient bio-decontamination cycles to be implemented with minimal preparation. Both solutions can be full validated into a cGMP compliant process.
Bioquell Room Bio-Decontamination Service (RBDS) represents a fully managed bio-decontamination service requiring minimal input from the site. Equipment and fully trained bio decontamination engineers can be deployed on a regular schedule, or on a demand, using pre-defined deployment plans.
This is particularly appropriate to large facilities or those who require infrequent bio-contamination and minimises the need for end user involvement or capital expenditure.
